The founder of Curus Medical, Andrew McCrea, is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Canberra and has founded companies and worked in New York, Colorado, London, Kuala Lumpur and New Zealand. His background includes successful commercialisation of biotechnology and biopharmaceutical companies as well as finance and Business2Business internet travel technology.
Curus is research and data driven and collaborates with a number of eminent scientists, institutions and medical organisations.
The Company’s work is aimed at developing new treatments that provide hope for patients that can change their world. It is reducing development time lines and has a philosophy of thinking non linearly. Following Eleanor Roosevelt’s dictum – “you must do the thing you cannot do.”
